The mission of the New Hampshire Music Teachers Association is to foster professional growth for music educators and to promote musical achievement and appreciation for students and communities across New Hampshire.

NHMTA is a nonprofit educational organization that sponsors statewide festivals, competitions, workshops, evaluations, masterclasses, and conferences to cultivate and to enrich education and performance in music.
